A contained, expressive and embracing chair

Stay Interior is the indoor version of the Stay collection. Designed for dining areas, meeting rooms or hospitality spaces, this chair combines a solid steel structure with a soft upholstered shell that brings warmth, comfort and character. Its morphology —with rounded lines and a contained gesture— conveys functional elegance without excess.

Origin and structure

The chair’s structural base draws from the analogy that inspired the original line: beverage delivery hand trucks, with their tubular frames and vertical back rails. This simple and functional visual cue was reinterpreted to host a padded body that folds and adapts naturally, creating a robust yet gentle presence.

Sensitive design and materiality

The core of the chair is defined by a double curved backrest that hugs and contains. The upholstered surfaces —both seat and backrest— are built with high-density foam and fabrics selected for their texture, warmth and durability. The result is an ergonomic and visually impactful piece, inviting both use and contemplation.

The steel structure, visible as a contour, acts as boundary, frame and support. It is both technical and expressive: echoing the visual language of the outdoor collection, while adapting it to a more intimate atmosphere.

Versatility and atmosphere

Stay Interior comes in a variety of colors, with powder-coated steel structures and smooth or textured upholstery options that can be freely combined. Its versatility allows it to fit into residential, corporate or gastronomic spaces, complementing wood, marble or metal tables alike.
